Here are our 5 self-love daily rituals below!
1. Stop Comparing & Celebrate Yourself!
Growing up we are socialised to be competitive, so comparing ourselves to others is super natural. Especially when social media can be a highlight reel. It can be dangerous, there’s just no point comparing yourself to anyone else on the planet because there’s only one YOU. Instead, focus on yourself and your self- love journey. The world would be boring if we were all the same right?
2. Don’t Listen To Other People’s Opinions
Don’t let people change who you want to be. They’re always going to judge you regardless... so why not be YOURSELF? Have fun & do what you love! You can’t make everyone happy, this is a waste of time and will only slow you down on your journey to being the best you.
3. Wear What Makes You Feel Good About Your Body!
Learn to love the skin you’re in. You deserve to wear what makes you feel good, what makes you feel confident, comfortable, and happy. You only have one beautiful body so let’s embrace it! YOU ARE WORTHY.
4. Surround Yourself With Positive People
If there’s someone who is bringing negativity into your life, you may need to step away from them. Anyone who makes you feel anything less than amazing doesn’t deserve to be a part of your life. Surround yourself with people who love and encourage you. Let them remind you just how amazing you are.
5. Do Something Nice For Yourself
Don’t forget to take some time out for yourself, something that lets your body know you appreciate it. Take a bubble bath, make time for a nap, a face mask, cook your favourite yummy food or even a solo date!
