All orders are shipped from Australia, therefore all international customers (outside of Australia) may be required to pay applicable duty, sales tax and customs charges upon collection of your order (which is a separate amount to your Paris & I order). The only charges Paris & I collect are those stated on your Paris & I order invoice. We cannot provide an exact amount for any sales tax, duty and customs charges as they are determined by your local government. Paris & I will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Paris & I accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. You can read more about our policy in our sales terms and conditions.
Shipping charges are non refundable.
Paris & I is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery. The customer accepts full responsibly for any loss or damage to these items. The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Paris & I marked as unclaimed and does not offer free shipping back to the customer. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
