First things first! Don’t beat yourself up about it & don’t put too much pressure on yourself! Life is meant to be lived so make those special memories & eat all the delicious foods! Don't waste your precious time and energy feeling guilty... Instead, use this is the time to set yourself up to feel amazing for 2023!
1. Sleep
Its so important to allow yourself to rest and feel refreshed after a busy year & silly season! Aim for a full 8 hours if you can to really feel recharged!
2. Eat a balanced diet
Eating nutritious foods will help make your body thrive, especially if you’re feeling a little bit sluggish after the silly season food! Don’t restrict yourself too much though and still allow yourself balance!
3.Get organised
This is the perfect time to clear your space! Sort through those cupboards you’ve been putting off all year, clean out your car, go through your wardrobe ect! This clears your mind and really helps make you feel refreshed and ready to tackle the new year!
4.Fresh Air & Exercise
Getting outside & going for a walk seriously makes you feel AMAZING! Fresh air is the best cure, especially if you’re feeling abit anxious. Take some deep breaths and enjoy the little things!
5.Goals
These goals don't need to be scary and overwhelming if you don’t want them to be, they can be as small or as BIG as you want. Even just start with some personal goals that you want to set out to achieve in the near future. The best thing you can do is start thinking about them, writing them down or creating a goals board & just start! Don’t wait for the 1st of Jan, because we all know that a successful, fulfilling life is made up of all of the little things you do each day.
